Deeply understand the needs of diverse searcher segments (tenants, investors, merchants, etc.) and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Define and prioritize features that improve search relevance, personalization, and conversion. Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performing search interfaces. Develop a coworking-specific search experience that highlights flexible office options and differentiates LoopNet in this growing segment. Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, sales) to align search experience improvements with business goals. Advocate for the searcher experience internally and ensure it remains a core pillar of LoopNet's product strategy. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college. 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace or search-driven products. Proven track record of delivering user-centric features that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical skills; ability to define KPIs and leverage data to inform decisions. Experience working with design and engineering teams to ship high-quality products. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with commercial real estate or willingness to quickly learn the domain. Bonus: Experience with search algorithms, personalization, or large-scale data products.
